The roadmap is organized around complete creator outcomes. Interactive stories are the current complete workflow, not the boundary of the Vifu platform. The roadmap does not promise dates.

• a more direct video-export workflow;

• clearer validation before publishing; and
• a smoother path from a published project to a standalone player.

• collaboration between writers, artists, and developers.

An item becomes Available only after a new creator can complete the full workflow, the documentation matches the product, and the result survives restart, export, import, preview, and publication checks.
